We know travel plans can change — and that’s okay. At the same time, having clear policies helps us take care of our surf camp and make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. Here’s what you need to know before booking your surf adventure with us:

📝 Register via Google Form

  1. Choose your date and room
    (All bookings are first come, first served, based on room availability and payment order.)

    Fill out the Registration Form to start your booking process.
    Once we receive your form, we’ll get back to you with payment details and next steps.

    Secure your spot with a 50% deposit via PayPal or bank transfer.

    Pack your bags for paradise! 🧳🌊
    The remaining balance can be paid when you arrive (cash, PayPal or bank transfer).

    🐣 To join the Early Bird Group for Sept 1–15, make your deposit by July 15, 2025!

We’re a small, community-run camp and every booking means a lot. Here is our cancellation policy:

  • More than 30 days before camp:
    Your deposit is non-refundable, but we’re happy to move it to a future camp date! 🗓️🌸

  • 15 to 29 days before camp:
    Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable – we’ve already started prepping.

  • Less than 15 days before camp or no-show:
    The full amount will be charged. We’ll miss you on the island, but can’t offer refunds that close to camp start. 😢

  • Yup! You can change your dates once (with 30+ days notice) if we still have spots.
  • If you can’t attend but have a friend who can take your place, we allow name transfers up to 7 days before the start date. Just message us!
