Glen Craig Dalma, known as Wawa, is a local of Puraran and a founder of Malaya. Born as the son to the resort owners, Wawa grew up riding the waves of Puraran, mastering the Majestic Wave. Now as Malaya’s manager, he shares his passion for the ocean with visitors, offering them an authentic surf experience.

Ayleen Molod Geilhausen is a designer from Germany with roots in Catanduanes, Philippines. She discovered surfing on the island and, a few years later, decided to move there. Ayleen is a founder of Malaya, a surf and underwater photographer, and the brand’s social media manager.

Amiel Harold Gonzales Soriao, known as Yett, is a passionate surfer and explorer from Virac, the capital of Catanduanes. Whether riding waves or hiking mountain trails, Yett embraces adventure. As one of the founders of Malaya, he shares his love for the island as a surf instructor and tour guide, offering visitors an authentic Catanduanes experience.
